Tennis is a hugely popular racket sport, played by individuals of either sex and all ages. Born in the UK, Tennis is now played worldwide, with the International Tennis Federation estimating around 87 million people playing tennis worldwide in 2019.

Tennis is a brilliant activity to keep fit and healthy, with short bursts of multi-directional high-intensity exercise that requires your whole body. This does come with injury risks, especially to the shoulders and elbow from swinging the racket, such as the very common “tennis elbow’".
