Gareth was very supportive and encouraging and got me to where I needed to be post op.
When I first started to see Liam he checked my notes, asked me how my knee was feeling. He then started the physio, massage the knee. Also explained to me what exercises that I should be doing to help with recovery. He put me on the exercise bike to see how I got on with backwards and forwards peddling. He would measure the bend for my knee at the start and end of the session explain to me what it should be. Liam kept me informed all the way through. He did refer me to see Ric Lockhart at Sheffield which I thought was a good move from Liam. Again Ric explained in more detail what was happening with my knee. I would certainly recommend One Health to anyone that needs physio. Would you please pass on my regards to both Liam and Ric.
Couldn’t recommend Jayden enough for physio. I had been dealing with multiple chronic climbing injuries for years and believed I would never climb without pain again. Thanks to Jayden and his expert knowledge, skills and patience I am now back climbing pain free!
My physio was very good and thorough I felt the exercises help my recovery and the physiotherapist was wonderful Thank You

Brilliant service as ever from the White House. Appointment on time, physiotherapist was clearly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I have huge confidence in the diagnosis and the exercises are making a big difference. I always trust their advice, no sense trying to simply “make money” from my injury.
