Highly satisfied & would recommend. Positive & constructive advice given. I installed an app to follow a programme given to suit me & shown technique on how the exercises were to be correctly done.

I went with a hip problem but not knowing any further information and Jayden took a few sessions to figure out what was happening while giving me exercises to test. Once we realised the issue, we had regular sessions tailored specifically to my problem and my hobbies to make sure I could get back to them as quick as possible, giving specific exercises, running through these with me in the gym on site to make sure I did them correctly and effectively, and increasing the difficulty on them until I was ready to self manage my rehab. I would definitely recommend using Whitehouse and would use them again with any future issues
I saw Miss Emma Clements in the spring and discussed my hip problem, and she immediately contacted my GP with recommendations for surgery etc. Her kind help speeded up the process whereby I have had a successful hip replacement. Very many thanks
Detailed assessment, varied stretching package put in place to meet needs made a big difference to mobility and pain.
Ric is a really top man! Good interpersonal skills, clear and thorough with what needs to be done and very knowledgeable. I’ve seen him before and he was amazing then. Thanks Ric
