Matthew is absolutely excellent. Not only as a Physio but as a therapist he really helped me through some really tough times when I didn’t think I was going to get better. I would highly recommend and would really like to thank him for being so supportive 🤩

Came in with patella tendonopathy. Had a couple sessions advised to get shockwave treatment. Worked well. Great service. Polite. Would recommend.
I have had a first rate experience with Jayden. I went with several long-term injuries that had not resolved after seeing other therapists (knees, wrist and shoulder). Jayden tailored an exercise programme which was adjusted as I progressed and now these problems have resolved. I can highly recommend Jayden - but don't expect to be a passive patient; this requires a commitment to the exercises given. They give results!
Great support from the team when I pulled my back! Got an appointment the next day and got great assessment and treatment plan that worked! Now working on ongoing preventative strengthening! Thanks!!
