I visited the clinic at Chesterfield appointment with Emma Clements, I suspected a torn meniscus after over doing it playing Pickleball for a few days. My knee had swelled up and I was in pain finding it hard to walk for a couple of days. Emma was very patient and tested all aspects of my knee movement, after all the tests and a mini session on the spin bike she suspected I had a An inflamed pes anserine bursa. 2 weeks on I'm back playing cycling and 95% fully fit, the exercises gave me the confidence to build my strength and movement to get back to fully fitness. It was worth getting a professional opinion I hadn't improved 5 days before seeing Emma. Thanks again to Emma she was lovely and to the receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming.
I got referred to Liam for my TFL, I visited for a number of weeks and the knowledge, understanding and help was brilliant. Fills you with confidence you can get the issue sorted when everything suggested to you is putting you back on the right track. In the nicest possible way I hope I don’t have to return to physio but if I did for whatever reason, I know who I’d want to go to for help ! Massive thank you !
Fantastic service. My appointments with Gareth have been so useful and helpful. He's very supportive and encouraging and I will definitely see him again if I suffer another injury (But I hope I don't!!!)
Sent here by my insurance after an rta for physio on my hand, i can honestly say Shelby is great at what she does and slowly is improving the movement in my hand. Would highly recommend this place if you need physio.
Physiotherapy with Carl was just what I needed to fix a running injury to my knees. Carl was wonderfully upbeat when I was worried I wouldn't run again, and his exercises worked brilliantly.
I highly recommend Irralee Andrzejowska at the White House Clinic. I'd had a problem with my shoulder but couldn't shift it with the usual remedies. Irralee took the time to ask me questions and carry out a thorough diagnosis to truly assess and understand what was happening and why I found it difficult to move my arm in certain directions. It turned out not to be a typical muscle strain and the treatment Irralee recommended was completely effective and I'm now well on the way to a full recovery. Thank you Irralee, if ever I need physiotherapy support and advice again I know who to see and I'll be sure to come back.
I have been having physio sessions with Liam Cullan after meniscus repair surgery. Liam was very thorough and gave me exercise plans to complete weekly to aid my recovery. I have now been discharged and I’m on my way to a complete recovery. I am an active person in general and recovery from this operation has been tough but with Liam’s help and support it has made it easier. Thank you so much for everything.
White House clinic offered me physio post knee op and I was happy to go along. On my first visit I had reached the required bend and straightening for that time. Katie gave me exercises and a further appointment. At that time I hadn't moved on but Katie manipulated my knee and I left with noticeably more mobility. At my last appointment I was given final exercises and checked again, full mobility and flex, all thanks to Katie and my work at home. I would recommend Katie and the White House Clinic to anyone. I hope to use them again for my other knee very soon.
