I am very happy with my physio treatment. I had the pleasure of meeting John Forde who has been excellent in understanding my problem and working with me in finding a solution. I have some shoulder problems, namely snapping scapula which resulted in pain, disconfort and overall weakness of the right shoulder. John recommended a series of targeted weight training exercises which worked wonders for me. After a couple of months of physio I feel no pain at all. Thank you!

This was the first time I had received physio for lower back pain. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Simon put me at ease straightaway. He immediately identified the issue. During the sessions that followed, using massage, acupuncture, stretches and exercises to complete at home the pain eased significantly. We also discussed the causes of the pain. Making simple day to day adjustments has helped and also given me a better understanding of how my body works. I would definitely recommend Simon and will use him again if the need arises.
I’ve had multiple sessions with John wort, who has helped to not only provide sports massage to assist with a near chronic back injury but also to educate myself on how to release the pressure at home and to educate on other methods of massage which I can do myself. I would recommend John whole heartedly and he is well worth every penny spent !

Appointments always started on time. The advice given was pertinent to my injury and lifestyle and has helped me reduce my pain and improve my mobility and flexibility. There are exercises given to me which I will definitely continue with beyond full recovery
I have had a great experience receiving treatment with John Wort and he has really been able to make a difference with my pain. John creates a comfortable atmosphere and educates his patients on managing injuries at home too.
