Charlotte qualified with a first class BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 2016, originally from Lincolnshire she decided to stay due to her love for the beautiful peak district.
Having worked in both the NHS and private settings, Charlotte has gained invaluable experience in a multitude of areas including spinal injuries, intensive care and finally specialising in MSK physiotherapy. This has allowed for the development of knowledge for both acute and chronic complex conditions. During this time, Charlotte has found a special interest in backs, which led her to do Pilates training 3 years ago. Charlotte has a real passion for Pilates having seen first hand the massive improvements that it can have on individuals.
Currently alongside her MSK physiotherapy role, Charlotte also work as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) in General Practice for the White House Clinic. This role relies heavily on her ability to make rapid and accurate diagnoses to ensure patients receive the best treatment available as soon as possible.
In her free time, she loves cycling around the peak district, playing netball, going to the gym and skiing. Having ruptured both of her ACL's, she has returned to all of the above without surgery and therefore she is very passionate about promoting conservative management where possible through the means of rehabilitation.
Our team are ready and waiting to assist with your recovery.
