Sally is a qualified and Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP) with over 10 years’ experience of working with common mental health issues within NHS services.
She is trained in both Low and High Intensity CBT and EMDR which means she has a wide range of evidence-based tools at her disposal to support you and your difficulties within an evidence-based framework. Sally attended specialist training in 2017 which focussed on using CBT to support people with long term health conditions such as diabetes, chronic pain, cancer, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome/MUPS and their associated mental health problems.
Sally is passionate about her work and lives by its’ principles especially when it comes to the links between activity and good mental health. She is active in the gym on a regular basis and has a particular interest in water and snow sports, gaining her snowboard instructor qualification in 2019. In her spare time, she spends time with family and friends and likes to travel.
