We are seeking to appoint an ‘Operations Manager’ to assist in the management of our growing patient population and workforce. Working closely with the Partners and other healthcare professionals as part of our multidisciplinary team, based at our clinic head office in west Sheffield.
About this Job
This is a developing managerial role, initially to support the Partners, department managers and other staff within the various practice businesses.
The role will include HR processes such as recruitment, induction, training, and well-being, a good working knowledge of basic IT processes and Microsoft Office will be needed as you will provide support with day-to-day IT queries within the team, and Finance knowledge including accounting and banking software.
We have a stable and happy workforce and would want our Operations Manager to be approachable with a positive attitude and someone who has a good sense of humour. Flexibility and commitment to this role would be essential.
