Sheffield South & Barnsley reopening - come and see us from 12th April
Where you can see us
We — and of course, the locations we work in — will follow strict government guidelines throughout your visit, with cleaning stations, capacity management and social distancing. As summer progresses, the Government’s Roadmap for reopening after lockdown means that gyms and sports venues will be changing at a few key dates.
The Roadmap steps for easing lockdown
- Gyms and other indoor leisure facilities can reopen, you can go alone or with one member from your household
- Outdoor group sports and classes can start back up again
- Gyms will now be able to have small classes indoors
- Organised indoor sports can start again
- No legal limits on social contact, which means all sporting events, gym classes and activities can go ahead
Get ahead of the game
As most of you know, our group of knowledgeable experts can offer a full range of treatments to help you enjoy an active, long and healthy life. Outside lockdowns, we provide leading physiotherapy services to individuals and businesses in 9 locations across South Yorkshire & North East Derbyshire, and we plan to reopen as quickly as safety allows.
We know that many of you have taken up solo exercise routines during lockdowns, and may benefit from physiotherapy to support your routine, or help target problem areas that your exercise might have exacerbated.
If you have been suffering from any niggles, aches or pains over the lockdown period, now is a great time to address them. And if you are looking to take part in an upcoming race, event or even just group sports again, we are here to help you recover and rehab any existing or future injuries.
If there is one thing we can take from this year, it is the importance of staying healthy and fit. With only a few weeks until the re-opening of gyms and our locations, make sure to plan ahead and prioritise your health with us at The White House Clinic.
