COVID-19 - Service update

Statement from the staff at the White House Physiotherapy clinic

Your health & safety is our first priority. At this difficult time we would like to reassure you that we are working hard and we remain available to assist you primarily through video and telephone consultations.

Due to rules regarding isolation we have taken the tough decision to close all of our clinic locations for face to face Physiotherapy treatment, Massage and Classes. In certain circumstances (emergency / priority) we are still able to conduct face to face Physiotherapy appointments. Please contact us regarding this.

We have a highly skilled and experienced team of caring Physiotherapists and clinic staff who will adapt and continue to be there for you. We have successfully trialed and established a means of conducting Physiotherapy assessments and treatments through video link. We can still offer so much help by discussing your symptoms, advising you and showing you the best exercises to perform to help you recover.

Video consultations are approved by all the major private medical insurance providers (including BUPA, AXAPPP & Nuffield) and we are continuing to conduct NHS Physiotherapy provision through this means.

We have also made great progress in offering pilates, yoga, running and golf classes online to our clients. We will continue to provide a service to maintain your physical and mental health & well-being.

If you have a face to face physiotherapy appointment booked with us at any of our clinics we will be contacting you as soon as we can to make alternative arrangements.

It is now time for us as a city and nation to stand together and look after each and every loved one of us. We will get through this together and come back stronger than ever.

Take care for now
