Zack qualified from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy in 2021.
Prior to his physio degree, Zack had already developed and found a passion to work within the Strength and Conditioning industry by working as a Personal Trainer. Here he helped clients to achieve various fitness goals.
Since qualifying, Zack has spent time working in elite sports at Sheffield United Football Academy and he has also worked privately helping individuals with both Musculo-skeletal (MSK) and Neurological conditions. With this experience, he decided to settle into the MSK physio specialism and started working for the White House Clinic in 2023.
Currently alongside his MSK physiotherapy role, Zack also works as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP physiotherapist) in General Practice for the White House Clinic. This role relies heavily on his ability to make rapid and accurate diagnoses to ensure patients receive the best treatment available as soon as possible.
Outside of work, Zack is an avid basketball player and regular gym goer with the focus of training to improve his performance. He has competed at national and regional levels before his passion for weight-lifting took over. He believes in helping individuals to be as functional as possible, for as long as possible, and uses his knowledge of an exercise-based approaches to achieve this, alongside traditional manual therapies where appropriate.
Always up for a challenge, Zack has also completed a Triathlon for charity, along with cycling up Mount Snowden. When not working, you can find Zack training in the gym or searching for another feat to accomplish.
