Originally from Devon, Lucy graduated in 2018 from Sheffield Hallam University with a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy.
Lucy has worked in the NHS full time since obtaining her degree, gaining valuable experience in working across a range of disciplines including neuro, respiratory, rheumatology and MSK. She went on to specialise in the orthopaedic and MSK setting with a split role including hand therapy.
Lucy has recently completed a master’s module in advanced MSK practice of the upper quadrant and is looking forward to completing further specialist qualifications in the future.
Alongside her MSK physiotherapy role, Lucy also works as a first contact practitioner (FCP physiotherapist) in general practice for the White House Clinic. This role involves making rapid and accurate diagnoses to ensure patients receive the best and most appropriate management.
Outside of work, Lucy is a keen netballer and plays in the Sheffield social netball leagues. She also loves the outdoors, travelling and running.
