Gareth Douglas

Gareth qualified from Sheffield Hallam University with a 2.1 in BSc (hons) Physiotherapy in 2021.

Since then, he has worked in the NHS full-time, working through his core rotations, gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of physiotherapy. Alongside his part-time role with the White House Clinic, he is currently employed as a Band 6 (Senior) Physiotherapist in the NHS at Northern General Hospital.

Gareth enjoys treating all aspects of MSK pathologies using a hands-on and exercise-based approach. He has a special interest in Orthopaedic and sports injury pathologies, and he is also additionally qualified at Level 3 with Sports Massage.

In his spare time, Gareth enjoys going fishing, alongside training and coaching martial arts and boxing.
