Charlotte Qualified with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2016 and has worked across hospitals and clinics in Manchester, Sheffield and Nottinghamshire since.
She currently works as a Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist within the NHS alongside her role at the White House Clinic. She has several years of experience of treating women of all ages with gynaecological problems alongside common conditions affecting ladies pre and post pregnancy. She has completed post-graduate training in pregnancy massage and specific ante/postnatal Pilates and uses this specialist knowledge when formulating patient treatment plans.
She is passionate about removing the common misconception that pelvic floor dysfunction and the symptoms that come with it as a ‘normal’ part of being a woman. She believes that everyone should have access to Women’s Health Physiotherapy in order to help them regain as much control over their body and their health as possible, before resorting to more invasive medical management.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a keen runner, completing races up to half marathon distance (so far) and is heavily into her strength training at the gym. Her own professional knowledge and love of exercise spurs her on to help other women to keep fit and do what they enjoy most! Charlotte’s expertise means she’s happy to help if you’re looking for guidance with returning to exercise postnatally, following surgery or even if you are currently suffering with prolapse/ incontinence related symptoms.
