I visited the clinic a couple times cause of tight back muscles and Tahler has been amazing throughout. Very friendly and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the sessions.
Tahler is very professional in his delivery of massage. I have had two massage treatments with him, on each occasion he has shown great care and knowledge when applying the treatment, relying on a wide variety of massage techniques as well as ensuring that the client is comfortable throughout. For anyone who is nervous about having their first massage or massage treatments in general, I fully recommend his services!
I had a massage done by Tahler and it was fantastic. It released a lot on tension and removed several knots. I do manual work and it was good to get a genuine treatment with great advice. Tahler was honest about everything. Going back every month when I can.

I have had regular sports massages from John and I would certainly recommend this to anyone who needs tension relief . Great results and effective treatment .
Katie at the clinic was very friendly and approachable.i was able to discuss my back pain and she came up with an excercise programme tailored to me. She also was very good at relieving the tightness and pain by quite an intense massage and made a great improvement to my mobility. I can fully recommend her and i am very pleased with her treatment. I’ve had quite a lot deep tissues massages with John Wort at Virgin Active, as well as up at the Whitehouse Sandygate. I absolutely recommend him - he is a very skilled therapist, with a range of skills and the ability to taylor them to what is needed. I’ve had fairly severe shoulder issues for 16 months now and finding John really was a turning point. The work he’s done, as well as the advice he’s been able to offer me, has been so helpful in my steady recovery - I’m incredibly grateful for what he’s done for me. I have a physical job and am so glad to know I have John there for as and when I need help.
