The start of a new year is a good time to reset how you move, train, and look after your body.

Whether you are dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or trying to train more consistently, the way your body moves and responds to load matters. At White House Clinic, we are a physiotherapy-led clinic focused on helping people move well and stay pain-free, now and in the long term.

Our services are designed to work together, supporting recovery, performance, and ongoing movement health.

Physiotherapy & recovery

Physiotherapy sits at the core of everything we do. Our clinicians focus on understanding the cause of pain or injury, not just the symptoms.

Treatment may include hands-on physiotherapy, sports massage, and shockwave therapy, combined with structured rehabilitation to restore movement, build strength, and reduce the risk of recurrence. Whether your issue is recent or long-standing, the aim is always the same: reduce pain, improve movement, and help you return to activity safely.

Sports-specific clinics

Different sports place different demands on the body. Our sports-specific clinics are designed around how you actually train and compete.

We offer targeted clinics for activities such as climbing, running, swimming, and golf, with assessments focused on movement quality, strength, capacity, and injury risk. These clinics are ideal if you are managing recurring issues, returning from injury, or looking to train more consistently without setbacks.

Classes & strength

Strength and movement control are essential for long-term injury prevention.

Our Pilates, yoga, and strength and conditioning classes are designed to support rehabilitation, improve movement quality, and build resilience. Sessions are led by experienced clinicians and coaches, making them suitable both during and after physiotherapy, or as a proactive way to stay pain-free.

Metabolic testing

Training smarter often means understanding how your body uses energy.

Metabolic testing provides insight into endurance, efficiency, and recovery, helping guide training intensity and structure. It can be particularly useful at the start of a new training block, when returning to sport, or when progress has plateaued.

Other services

Alongside our core services, we also offer women’s health physiotherapy, sports and exercise medicine, nutrition support, injection therapy, neurological physiotherapy, and specialist rehabilitation.

This allows us to provide joined-up care when needed, with clinicians working collaboratively to support your goals.

Start the year moving better

If pain, injury, or recurring niggles are holding you back, early assessment and the right support can make a real difference.

A new year is a good opportunity to reset how you move, train, and recover. Our team is here to help you move better, train smarter, and stay pain-free.
