At the White House Clinic, we offer an expert, evidence-based Personal Training service for all.

Whether you are trying to get in shape for an upcoming event, finding your feet with a new routine, or are just keen to improve your general fitness, our expert Personal Trainer (PT) is on hand to assist you with all your fitness goals.

Our PT, Julian Wood, believes that personal training isn’t all about lifting heavy weights, although this can be a part of it, he believes the fundamentals of fitness need to be solid first and these include; mobility, stability and finally strength.

Whilst initially undertaking a thorough subjective assessment during your first session, you will be able to communicate your fitness goals and desires. A physical screening will then be carried out to assess your current fitness capacity. Whether you are a novice or advanced fitness enthusiast, Julian will be able to formulate the correct fitness regime/plan for you to achieve your goals.

It must be mentioned that Julian also works very closely within our team at the White House Clinic. This means that he is in constant contact and discussion with our expert physios and Strength & Conditioning specialists. This ensures, that alongside his wealth of knowledge and experience, he is always able to provide his clients with the very best in evidence-based practice, assisting people of all shapes and sizes to allow them to reach their fitness goals.

  • 1:1 PT sessions - can be 1 off sessions (£40.00) or 'block booking packages' (see below)
  • Group PT sessions (for up to 4 people)
  • PT led classes (HIIT/circuit classes)

  • Package 1 - Includes Assessment/Screening + 2 Follow-up Sessions - £105.00
  • Package 2 - Includes Assessment/Screening + 4 Follow-up Sessions - £160.00
