I had problems with pain and restricted movement in my ankle following surgery and also pain and limited movement in my shoulder. I booked in with John Wort who suggested scar mobilisation work on my ankle. I was skeptical at first but the difference after 1 session was noticeable and the improvement continues with each session. I only wish I had gone to see him sooner. John also treated my shoulder using several different techniques - my shoulder issues have now almost completely resolved. Highly recommend.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Conor was very knowledgeable regarding what exercises I needed to complete. The whole experience was superb.
Zsoka Balogh is the best physio I've ever used. She as so much knowledge and put you at rest. Id recommend her to anyone
Knowledgeable approachable effective available
I saw Emily about the early stages of a frozen shoulder and the exercises and manipulation she gave me meant that after 4 weeks I was significantly improved and at the follow up appointment I was given additional exercises and manipulation. Really pleased with the service and the outcome.
I’ve had a number of appointments with Tahler after having some issues with my shoulders and lower back. Tahler was brilliant, he assessed the problems I was having and worked wonders to target the cause of my injuries. I’m now training injury free. I would highly recommend.
Very honest practitioner (Tahler Hill) who listens patiently and makes you feel comfortable during a massage session.Tahlar is especially good when it comes to regularly making sure the massage is not hurtful or areas that need special attention. His tips pre- and post- massage sessions are really helpful and he has a lot of knowledge of tissue injury. One thing is assured, you enter the clinic in pain and you come out relieved after the session. Thanks to Courtney (GymGroup Team) for recommending this therapy clinic to me.
