Strength & Conditioning for Runners
Our Strength & Conditioning Class is designed for runners of all abilities. Simply call us to reserve your place or email Steve for more information.
The class runs on a Monday evening at 7pm. Starting from 12th March 2018. It will run in a 6 week block, with one week off at Easter. Each class is £8, and it can be paid individually, or for the full course of 6 sessions.
Senior White House physiotherapist Steve Canning is an experienced Marathon runner, with seven Marathons under his belt. He is keen to pass on his knowledge and experience to help you achieve your running goals in 2018.
Steve is running the London marathon in April, with the aim of completing it in under 2 hours 45 minutes. Join him on the journey, to help you achieve your personal best, or to complete your first marathon / half marathon / 10km / Park Run. All welcome.
