Plenty of guests enjoyed a look around the facilities, a free massage, injury advice and some excellent offerings of food and drink.

Plenty of interest was generated for our Pilates, Yoga and Sports screening services, and the BUPA team were kept busy upstairs with free BMI & BP checks.

It was great to see a few previous clients coming back and some new faces as well.
